JAMS is the James Alex Management System, a bespoke management system that as well as running many of the JLex Networks systems, also acts as the customer portal.
This custom built application ties in closely with the Core Values of JLex. All the work JLex engineers undertake on your systems is recorded in JAMS and their notes are readily available for you to view.
As well as maintaining transparency, JAMS allows JLex to analyse the type of calls your company logs, allowing us to look at long term trends of your network.
