Full network support, which is provided under a three tier SLA structure:

  • Gold. A one hour response on calls logged.
  • Silver. A four hour response on calls logged.
  • Bronze. A six hour response on calls logged.


Our full network support product is a well-rounded package that includes:

  • Full server support including server monitoring and patch management
  • Infrastructure support for all network hardware including, switches, routers, cabling , network cameras.
  • Connectivity management and monitoring for ADSL, Leased Lines and Cable connections.
  • Online presence management, including website registration, WHOIS management, DNS management, Backup Email services, website and E-mail hosting.
  • License Management services – with recent announcements of fines by the BSA for over £80,000, it is imperative that you ensure all the products you use are fully licensed. JLex networks offer license management as a service to ensure that you never get caught out.
